In this class we will begin by moving gently, focusing on yoga poses that will support your digestion and metabolism. Then we will settle in for a guided, restorative rest in Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra is the practice of sacred sleep. It takes you into the healing space between wakefulness and sleep. Your body is completely still and asleep, while your mind is conscious of this deep relaxation. After waking, we will have a brief discussion about integrating simple daily habits to support better digestion and sleep.
