What have you done to help mitigate the spread of covid-19?

Covid-19 is very contagious and we are going over and beyond to ensure our studio sanitation and inside air are as clean as possible. We are following all the State and CDH mandates to ensure every class, props, and anything you touch is frequently cleaned with an EPA approved disinfectant. We have also invested in our HVAC system to perform 9 fresh air exchanges an hour with the MERV 13 filters. We’ve also installed UV light cleaners throughout our HVAC ducts that have been configured on our square footage and airflow. This will add several layers of protection as we move and breathe in the studio. For fall/summer classes (while the temperature is mild), we will open doors and windows to create maximum dilution and air exchanges. Virtual options will also be available for many of our classes. Make sure and sign our new studio waiver, you can find the link HERE.

Do I need to make a reservation?

Yes, reservations are required before attending any 28th Street Barre class. We will continue to have limited our class sizes in order to keep our patrons and staff safe. We encourage you to check if space is available the day before arriving in order to guarentee a spot. If we are at capacity, our system will send a text message if class space becomes available. You can reserve classes online or call the front desk at 208-344-1955 to make a reservation. You will have options to attend virtually and on-demand for many of our classes.

What happens when I sign up on the wait list?

Waitlisted clients: In the event you are added to a class from the waitlist, we will immediately send you an email and text notification. We will also attempt to call, unless you are added to a class after normal business hours.

What if I signed up and can’t make a class?

For all classes, reservations must be canceled 4 hours prior to the start of class. The best way to cancel is go into your Mindbody account, login and hit cancel next to the class you will not be attending. If you cannot cancel class online, please text or call the studio at 208-344-1955. Due to our limited class size, if you do not cancel, you will be charged for that class.

When should I arrive to class?

Please arrive no sooner than 5 to 10 minutes prior to the start of your class. Masks are optional during the class.
