Women’s Night of Connection

Join us for a beautiful night of connection and lectures on health, menopause and nutrition, Wednesday January 28th at 7p! I'm so thrilled to host two inspiring women who have been in my life for long time. Nicole and I were besties back in 5th grade at the old St. Mary's on State Street. Shashi joined the studio many years ago and have been the sunshine that walks into the studio everyday. They have added so much to my life and the studio and thrilled excited for you to meet them! The night will start with a 20 minute core class lead by Jana Weis, lectures by our guests, tea served compliments of the Vervain Apothecary, and a Q/A session. We will have a few amazing raffles including studio passes, merch, and a $300 Spa Package from Heidi Lane Esthetics! Grab your space as this only has 25 spots to reserve!
